   Celluplasty®, also known as 'Selective Dermatoplasty' or SDP, is a procedure that applies surgical and microsurgical techniques [sometimes combined with Mesotherapy] to eliminate or improve cellulite of varying degrees from thighs, buttocks, and other areas of the body.
   As a treatment modality offered at our practice, Celluplasty® modifies the collagen fibers' network that sustain deep skin tissues and that, sometimes gives the skin the appearance of "orange skin", with dimples, ripples, wrinkles, etc. This specialized treatment, by either relaxing or dividing a number of collagen fibers, would restore the skin's appearance to its natural smoothness...
46 years old female patient who consulted for cellulite on both thighs, showing marked 'dimples' on her upper lateral left thigh. She was advised to lose weight before considering treatments. The picture on the right shows results at three months after the first treatment. This patient received two limited Celluplasty® treatments and four Mesotherapy treatments. She was very satisfied with the results.
29 years old female patient with cellulite on both right and left posterior upper thighs and 'dimples' on her right and left buttocks. This patient lost approximately fifteen pounds by increasing physical activity and diet modification before starting treatments.
